Circa 1910
A primitive and charming hexagonal iron lantern from a Southern Connecticut estate. Having clear glazing and a hand-blown smoke-bell. The edges are profiled and punched, the soldered seams, expressed. All wonderful handmade work was left evident, including the rustic finish. Due to the antique nature of this fixture, there may be some nicks or imperfections in the glass.
