Circa 1760
A Georgian eight arm cut glass chandelier having a lobed and swirled pendant canopy above a diamond-cut central ball. The faceted solid glass S-profile arms hold cut-and-shaped cups and drip pans, which spring from a silvered bowl under a lower shaped and faceted canopy, terminating with a central faceted teardrop finial. Originally candle-lit; now fitted for electric lamps. Due to the antique nature of this fixture, there are some nicks or imperfections in the glass, including one bobeche with stabilized repairs.
