COVID-19 Update

Covid-19 Update

To our clients and colleagues

Our showrooms and factory are temporarily closed but our staff is working remotely and are available for any questions.

As you may know, Governor Cuomo has issued a mandate requiring that companies in New York stop 100% of their non-remote, in-person workforce staff from reporting to work. In order to comply, we will be temporarily closing our Brooklyn factory, meaning that all production and shipping operations will be put on pause. However, our core operations are online remotely while our physical locations are closed during the mandate.

Our many teams – Project Management, Estimating, Account Management, Engineering and Design, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Inventory – continue to move forward on projects during this time and will continue to move orders through the initial stages of production in order to ready them for the final steps of production. As soon as the mandate is lifted we will resume the assembly and final production of those orders and ship them as quickly as possible.

We’re hugely grateful for the trust you have and continue to put in us with your projects, and grateful for our team at Remains who continue to adapt to these challenges.

David and Alix Calligeros and the Remains team
